Hello! I am a 31 year old professional triathlete originally from rural Ireland, but living in Wānaka, New Zealand now with my lovely fiancé, Joe. We feel very lucky to live in one of the most beautiful and clean parts of the world, and Wānaka is proving to be the perfect training ground for me.

The 2024 season was supposed to be my first one as a professional athlete, but life had other plans for me. I struggled through the year with multiple injuries. It taught me a lot and has me ready for anything in 2025.

When I’m not training or racing I’m working full time for the local council. I enjoy and am proud of the work that I get to do, it keeps me connected and allows me to give back to the local community, and gives me the space to take my mind off triathlon for 8 hours each day.

I also love cats and dogs, and would love to have a house full of animals to take care of!
